What can you expect?

  • You collaborate with Corporate Strategy and Product Management to align the After Sales Product Strategy with the corporate and product roadmap
  • You define the scope and requirements for our After Sales Products and work with the Electrolysis Product Managers, After Sales, and IT to refine our current offerings to ensure a comprehensive suite of products to match diverse customer requirements and business cases
  • You work with Operations Finance and After Sales to ensure accurate modeling of the business cases for our various products from our and our customers’ perspectives
  • You work with After Sales and Engineering to develop a quantitative assessment (Monte Carlo method or similar) of the risks of the different product offerings under the contractual conditions and operational setup in the case of under- or over-performance of the service team (troubleshooting response and maintenance downtime) and technology (equipment failure rates)
  • You coordinate service specification documents for our customers together with our After Sales Team and work with our Legal department to develop key contract terms to ensure fair contractual execution of our products and manage incentivization and penalties
  • You help to sell our Service products by answering advanced questions and being the go-to expert on our offering during customer meetings and participate in and lead customer workshops to solicit feedback and analyze this feedback to increase customer satisfaction and product competitiveness
  • You work with our After Sales department to roadmap advances in our service offering and operational guarantees to mature with our technology and the market and ensure we continue to offer a unique selling proposition (e.g., predictive maintenance)

What should you bring along?

  • You have a Master’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering, or other applicable field of study
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., wind industry, process plant engineering), experience as a (Service) Product Manager, Product Owner or Project Manager in a cross-functional environment is a plus
  • You couple strong technical skills with a customer-focused mindset, and you have a passion for working on complex technical cross-functional tasks, analyzing multiple aspects with adherence to detail
  • You are a self-starter with a “get-things-done” attitude and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, as well as you have excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • You are fluent in English and bring good German-Skills
